Introducing a NEW program that makes fitness accessible to ALL. 


For $30 a month, you get:

-3 workouts a week that can be done with minimal equipment at home or in a gym

-Support from an experienced and responsive personal trainer

-Modification to meet your needs, injuries and health history 

-Access to Fit & Happy Personal Training private FB page for clients where we share advice, recipes and workout ideas as a community, near or far. 

All workouts come with videos and will be accessible in a training app; login provided after signup. 

Payment can be done via PayPal or Venmo. 

Trainer contact/support hours are 7 days a week, 9-8pm. Usual response times are under 20 minutes. Package deals available!
